Make a payment in full of $420.00 per enrollee.

Make four consecutive monthly payments of $105.00 per enrollee.

*Please enroll one student athlete at a time when choosing payment option 2.

Refund Policy :: Effective January 1, 2015
Cancellations will receive a credit for an upcoming Season, Clinic or Private Training. Refunds are not available. Thank you for your cooperation.

Once payment has been processed, you will fill out the U.S. Basketball University Student Athlete enrollment form.

You will receive an email confirmation for the payment completion and for the enrollment completion.
